This was my first ocean dive after PADI certification. I dove with my friend off the coast of Washington state, at Edmonds Dive Park in Puget Sound.
Tom really kept a close eye on me! He would make a great divemaster.
I brought a cheap underwater camera, and although we only did a single dive, it was so much better than the lake diving I had done for my open water cert dives that I was hooked.
Still a cold dive though so needed a 7mil full wetsuit. Since I was used to cold lakes and low visibility, this seemed like heaven. Tons of wildlife and visibility around 12 feet!
